The Contegix Notifications section of the Contact record provides a contact the ability to opt-out of specific types of Contegix generated customer notifications.
To adjust Contegix Notification Permissions on a specific contact:
- Navigate to the appropriate Contact and select Edit
- On the Custom Fields tab, select 'Yes' or 'No' for General Notifications (Process Changes, Portal Updates, etc...), Contegix Surveys, and/or Planned Maintenance Notification (Notifications for your designated monthly maintenance window)
- Yes - Contact will receive the respective notifications from Contegix
- No - Contact WILL NOT receive the respective notifications from Contegix
- Select Update to complete
