On this page, you can view your tickets in ascending and descending order by: Ticket #, Subject, Author, Opened, Updated, Priority, Assigned, Type, Ticket Types.
View and Edit Existing Tickets
To view or edit an existing ticket
Select the Ticket ID or Subject of the appropriate ticket
If you wish to edit, select the Edit link at the top right corner of the ticket. NOTE - Only a select subset of ticket fields can be modified by a customer. Typically, fields such as Impact, Category, and Purpose are completed at the time of ticket creation and modified by the Contegix Support Staff.
