What Are Account Level and Device Level Instructions And How Does Contegix Use This Information?
The Account Level and Device Level Instructions allows for clients to provide details to Contegix on how we should react when a request or alert is initiated. These instructions are used as follows:
First: We will review Device Specific Instructions. If there are instructions in the Device Specific Instructions that are applicable to the request or alert, we will follow them and proceed.
Second: Is relevant instructions do not exist in the Device Specific Instructions, we will review the General Account Instructions. If there are instructions in the General Account Instructions that are applicable to the request or alert, we will follow them and proceed.
Finally: If relevant instructions are still not found after reviewing the General Account Instructions, we will use our Standard Operating Procedures to complete the request or resolve the alert.
